Welche einzigartigen Fähigkeiten hast du?I cook in a very intuitive and authentic way, always focused on quality ingredients and simple but thoughtful dishes. Through cooking courses, living abroad and working in different food cultures, I’ve developed a wide culinary perspective.
I feel especially connected to seasonal, plant-forward cooking and natural products. I’m also very comfortable working with guests on site and bringing calm, structure and flow into events. Planning and organization are a natural part of how I work.
Wie würdest du deine Arbeitserfahrung in diesem Bereich beschreiben?For over five years, I have been cooking for small to larger groups, mainly on sailboats, during retreats, travels and private events. My work includes menu planning, provisioning, organizing supplies and working closely with local producers and markets.
I am experienced in both à la minute cooking and preparing food for events and caterings. I currently work with a kitchen, which allows me to also offer preparation, finishing and transportation of food as part of my service.
